EXHIBIT PERSONNEL BADGE REGISTRATION and WORK PASS BADGES FOR INSTALL/DISMANTLE
REGISTRATION ONSITE OPENS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 17TH FROM 12pm– 5pm.
For each 10’ x 10’ space your company purchases, you are allotted three exhibit badge registrations for your booth staff.
If you need more badges than your allotment, the price is $35.00/pp and it can be obtained in the same area as the other badges you have completed online.
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE THIS YEAR ALL BADGES CAN BE PICKED UP ONSITE AT THE EXHIBIT REGISTRATION DESK – WE ARE UNABLE TO MAIL ANY BADGES PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
Your Exhibit badge allows you access into the Exhibit Hall during regular Exhibit hours as well as 1 hour before and 1 hour after the hall has been closed.
WORK PASS INSTRUCTIONS
Exhibitors and Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EAC) who need access to exhibits during the installation or dismantling periods, on non-show days need a FREE WORK PASS for admittance due to security concerns. No one will be admitted to the exhibit areas without a work pass or show badge during non-show days.
A form is not required to obtain a Work Pass for the Water Pro Exhibit Hall.
Listed below are the steps that will be followed to allow entrance.
Security will have a list of all approved Exhibitors and EAC’s provided by show management.
For EAC’s to be on the approved list Exhibitors must submit a Non-Official Contractor form for all EAC’s working on their behalf no later than September 1, 2017 to Show Management. This form can be found in the Water Pro Conference, Freeman Service Kit online.
Exhibitors & EAC’s will have to check in at the security checkpoint located in the back out on the docks of the Summit Pavilion, the front entrance to the Summit Pavilion, or in the Grand Salon at the Exhibit Registration desk. The same rules listed above will be applied.
Exhibiting company employees assisting with booth installation and dismantling but are not an EAC or exhibitor personnel are also required to check in with security at one of the various checkpoints listed above to receive an exhibitor work pass.
Exhibit Registration will not open until Sunday, September 17th at 1:00 pm when attendee registration opens as well.
